Accelerate CX is a trading name of Paragon Marketing Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14830244, with its registered office at 85 Great Portland Street, First Floor, London, W1W 7LT. We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

We are a website design and digital automation provider serving small businesses and contractors, including clients based in South Africa. We build websites and implement automation systems (including SMS, email, and CRM tools) on behalf of our clients.

As a UK-registered company, Paragon Marketing Ltd is the data controller for personal information collected directly through our marketing website and intake forms, under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018.

For information our South African-based clients collect from their own customers through the systems we build and manage on their behalf, Paragon Marketing Ltd acts as an operator under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA), processing that data only on our clients' documented instructions.
